I samband med 25-års jubiléet har Americana uppdaterat sitt bokningssystem, det är bara att gå in på nätet och klicka på det du vill fylla i. Allt finns numer online.

Especially for Americana’s 25th Anniversary, a new order set was designed which is very easy to handle. It is available now under www.americana.eu / participants / show / entry forms. Simply click upon orderset and fill in the form on your computer. If that does not work, please print it, fill in the necessary information and fax or send it.
Entry form no. 1 and 2 are compulsory for all participants as they concern information about horse and rider. Entry form no 3 only concerns those who want to book box stalls or info booths for ranches. As an option, you can then fill in the entry form itself.
4A, for youth and all around, 4B for reining, 4C for Cutting and 4D for Cow Horse Classes.
When filling in the form, you only have to put an X in front of the desired classes, the system then sums up automatically.
One tip: if you’d like to pay by cheque or if you want to do a late-entry, please indicate this in the space for this in the entry form (number of cheques / late entries)
The office charge of 20 € is added automatically for each rider – each horse / rider -combination must pay only once, regardless of how many disciplines they compete in.
Please read the information concerning the orderset carefully (starting with page 11), as with the entry (without a signature), the sender confirms having read and accepted the info.
After filling in everything, please save the oderset and send it to the show office: americana@online.de by email or fax it to : +49 (0)4209 9141 02 or send a letter to AMERICANA Show Office, Flachsberg 551, 28790 Schwanewede, Germany.
With the entry, we would ask you to transfer the money for the classes you entered, the box stalls as well as the camping area to the bank account indicated on the entry form. Please don’t forget to add the name of rider and horse when transferring.
The deadline for paying with late fee is July 20, 2011 (stamp of mail)
